A few weeks ago, on a weekend stroll through the market section at Farmshop, we stumbled upon some gorgeous Indigo Rose tomatoes. Complete with colors of deep purple, red and some green, they looked so beautiful, we were intrigued to try a few on our salad. What we found that night (because we couldn’t wait to try them) were tomatoes with an incredible flavor. Although I’m mildly allergic to tomatoes these days, and generally not a huge fan of the fruit, even I was quite impressed. So, yesterday when we strolled by them again, we couldn’t resist. Added them to our salad last night. Delish! They look great and taste even better.
